Provided is a method for evaluating the construction process effect of priming oil on an asphalt pavement with a semi-rigid base. The method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out core sampling on an asphalt pavement with a semi-rigid base after construction; 2) testing a sampled core sample (6), and breaking the core sample (6) after testing; 3) photographing a fracture image of the core sample; 4) calculating the number of pixels occupied by different types of materials in the fracture image of the core sample; and 5) according to the number of pixels calculated in step 4), determining an evaluation index of the construction process effect of priming oil, by which the construction process effect of the priming oil on the asphalt pavement with an semi-rigid base is measured. By means of the method, the bonding performance between base layers can be reflected, and the good and bad construction process effects of priming oil can be visually determined.
