An experimental device for simulating wear of a PDC tooth (20) resulting from coupling between load and temperature comprises: a motor (1), a hydraulic power source (2), a lower support frame (3), a left hydraulic cylinder (4), a left guide and loading block (5), a micro power end (6), a left guide column (7), an upper support frame (8), a PDC tooth translation mechanism (9), a right guide column (10), a right guide and loading block (11), a temperature measurement and control mechanism (12), a right hydraulic cylinder (13), a rock rotating mechanism (14), a chip discharging device (15), and a gearbox (16). The invention overcomes the limitation of a single reciprocating or circular movement in conventional experimental devices for testing frictional wear. The invention employs the PDC tooth translation mechanism (9), the rock rotating mechanism (14), and hydraulic action, so as to achieve composite movement of the PDC tooth (20) in a circumferential, a transverse, and a longitudinal direction, and application of a longitudinal load. A tooth temperature of the PDC cutter tooth (20) is monitored and controlled, such that the tooth temperature of the PDC tooth (20) is directly adjusted, and the control thereof is more accurate and reliable than conventional environmental temperature control. The invention enables experimental research on the wear-resistance performance of the PDC tooth (20) under the coupling of different tooth body temperatures and loads.
