Disclosed herein are embodiments of systems, methods, and products comprises aserver forassessing user skill and trait levels. The server receives user informationand generates a userprofile based on the received user information. The server determines a skillto be assessed andthe initial level of the skill based on the user profile. The server displaysa challengecorresponding to the skill to be assessed and the initial skill level in agraphical user interface ofa client computing device. As the user is answering the questions included inthe challenge, theserver receives the response inputs and continuously monitors and tracks theinteraction events.The server also executes an artificial intelligence model to determine theuser's skill level andtrait level based on the response inputs and interaction events. The serverupdates the user skilland trait levels in the user profile with the new assessment results.
