An embodiment of the present invention provides a power supply control system comprising: a photovoltaic power generation amount prediction unit for predicting the power generation amount of a photovoltaic power generation module on the basis of solar radiation data; a power consumption amount prediction unit for predicting the real-time power consumption amount of a consumer on the basis of past power consumption data of the consumer which is an object to be supplied with power; and a power supply control unit for, on the basis of information of the power generation amount predicted by the photovoltaic power generation amount prediction unit, information of the real-time power consumption amount of the consumer predicted by the power consumption amount prediction unit and information of the amount of power stored in an ESS, supplying power to the consumer by means of a controller if the real-time power consumption amount of the consumer is greater than a target power demand of the consumer.
