Disclosed is an atomizing head, comprising an insulating base, a heating element, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically insulated by means of the insulating base. One end of the insulating end is open and extends inward to form an accommodating cavity, and the heating element is mounted within the accommodating cavity. The insulating base is provided with a first locating recess and a second locating recess. When a positive connection end of the heating element is engaged with the first locating recess, the positive connection end of the heating element is electrically connected to the first electrode; when a negative connection end of the heating element is engaged with the second locating recess, the negative connection end of the heating element is electrically connected to the second electrode.
