The supplier evaluation system 117 is provided with: a reception function for receiving a communication information 134 and a commerce transaction information 135 carried out between the two, which is held in a company system such as a buyer; a conversion function for converting the communication information and electronic commerce transaction information into a predetermined format; a database 133 for storing keyword information; a keyword information 138 which is registered in a storage device in advance; and an analysis function 127 for checking the converted communication information against the converted electronic commerce transaction information to determine a cause of a transaction result for the electronic commerce transaction information.
