The disclosure provides a domain name resolution method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: after it is detected that a target VPN client accesses a VPN gateway, a load balancer pushing the address of a virtual local DNS server to the target VPN client; the load balancer monitoring a domain name resolution request sent by the target VPN client to the virtual local DNS server, the domain name resolution request comprising the intranet IP address of the target VPN client; the load balancer determining, according to an intranet IP address field to which the intranet IP address of the target VPN client belongs, a target tenant to which the target VPN client belongs; the load balancer forwarding the domain name resolution request to a target virtual local DNS sub-server providing the target tenant with a local DNS service; and the target virtual local DNS sub-server carrying out domain name resolution for the domain name resolution request.
