A risk information determining method, comprising: obtaining current parameter information corresponding to a current user, the current parameter information comprising first state information corresponding to the current user and first device feature information corresponding to a current terminal; obtaining target parameter information corresponding to each target user in a user set, the target parameter information comprising second state information corresponding to each target user and second device feature information corresponding to a target terminal; obtaining a first number of the second state information matching the first state information, and calculating a degree of aggregation corresponding to the first state information according to the first number; according to the first device feature information and the second device feature information, calculating a similarity between the current terminal and each target terminal; and determining risk information corresponding to the current user according to the degree of aggregation corresponding to the first state information and the similarity between the current terminal and each target terminal.
