Disclosed are an AGV chassis mechanism and an AGV provided with the mechanism. The AGV chassis mechanism comprises a chassis (300) and a walking mechanism, wherein the walking mechanism comprises two driving wheel trains (100) respectively provided on left and right sides of the chassis (300) and two omnidirectional wheel trains (200) respectively provided on front and rear ends of the chassis. The driving wheel train (100) comprises a first hinged support (110), a second hinged support (120), a swing arm (130), a swing rod (140), and a driving wheel (150). The first hinged support (110) and the second hinged support (120) are fixed to the chassis (300) at an interval. The swing arm (130) is provided with a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is hinged to the first hinged support (110) and the second end extends towards the second hinged support (120). The swing rod (140) is provided with an upper end and a lower end, with the lower end of the swing rod being hinged to the second hinged support (120), the second end of the swing arm (130) is sheathed on the swing rod (140), the upper end of the swing rod (140) is threaded with a first adjusting nut (141), and a first elastic member (142) is provided between the first adjusting nut (141) and the swing arm (130). The driving wheel (150) is mounted on the swing arm (130). The two driving arm trains (100) are symmetrically provided on the left and right sides of the chassis (300). The AGV chassis, without replacing the elastic member, can adjust positive pressure of the driving wheel, the level condition of a vehicle body, ground adaptability and other parameters, thereby simplifying the adjusting operation and improving the adjusting efficiency.
