Provided are a method and an apparatus for image encoding/decoding. An image decoding method of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: decoding, from a bitstream, information about whether to perform motion information correction; obtaining, on the basis of said information, second motion information about first motion information of a current block; and restoring, by using at least one from among said first motion information and said second motion information, said current block and at least one neighboring block of the current block.
