The present invention provides a full-parallax switchable naked-eye 3D display device and a display method; in the naked-eye 3D display device, a light source module is connected to an overall processor; a light-emitting control module is arranged on the light source module and connected to the overall processor; an image display module is arranged on the light-emitting exit control module and connected to the overall processor. By means of a fitting arrangement of the light source module and the light-emitting control module, the present invention achieves the advantages of 360 degree visibility of a 3D display and switchability between 2D and 3D.
