WATER-SOLUBLE FLUORESCENT PROBE AND NANOPARTICLES CAPABLE OF BEING USED FOR OVARIAN CANCER AND HAVING AGGREGATION INDUCED EMISSION EFFECT, AND PREPARATION METHODS AND APPLICATIONS OF WATER-SOLUBLE FLUORESCENT PROBE AND NANOPARTICLES
Disclosed are a water-soluble fluorescent probe and nanoparticles having an aggregation induced emission (AIE) effect and preparation methods and applications. A fluorescent probe molecular comprises the characteristics of containing two methoxyphenyl groups and one imidazole ring substituted by a phenyl group, and two quaternary ammonium salt structures, has good dispersion in water, can form micelles, has the characteristics of having the AIE effect and a large Stokes shift, and is applicable to a fluorescence detection. Under the induction of lysophosphatidic acids, the probe can be self-assembled so as to aggregate and generate yellow fluorescence, a quantitative analysis of lysophosphatidic acids can be achieved by measuring the intensity of emitted light. The probe has the advantages of excellent specificity, high sensitivity, and strong anti-interference, and is particularly applicable to the detections of lysophosphatidic acids in environments such as a chemical solution system and biological samples. The probe has a very important practical value in the detection of trace amounts of lysophosphatidic acids, a content measurement of lysophosphatidic acids in blood plasma of an ovarian cancer patient, and an early clinical diagnosis and medication guidance.
