The housing comprises an inner housing, a cleaning bin is formed in the inner housing, and a sewage discharge port and multiple water outlets are provided in the inner housing; a water outlet end of the water supply mechanism is communicated with the water outlets; the sewage discharge mechanism comprises a sewage discharge pipe, and one end of the sewage discharge pipe is communicated with the sewage discharge port; the sensor control system comprises a sensor and a controller, the sensor is mounted in the cleaning bin, the sensor is configured to be used for collecting signal of a human body entering and leaving the cleaning bin and transmitting the signal to the controller, the controller is electrically connected to the water supply mechanism, and the controller is configured to be used for receiving the signal and controlling operation of the water supply mechanism according to the signal. The cleaner is convenient to use, water can be automatically sensed, and the infants are cleaned.
