The present invention is a product sales profit distribution marketing system and method thereof, the system interworking with QR codes and fingerprint cards, and the method comprising the steps in which: a profit distribution server receives a card number of a prepaid card each time a purchase of a product is made from a seller terminal, generates a set number of charge accounts for each product on the basis of the card number of the prepaid card, and then forms a unit block by connecting the charge accounts to nodes in a tree structure having two children in one node, and charges a purchase profit with a virtual currency to a root charge account; the profit distribution server connects a charge account included in a previous block registered in a distribution DB and the unit block in a tree structure to form a lower layer to register same in the distribution DB; and when an algebra is formed, in a tree structure, from the charge accounts at both outermost ends of an upper layer registered in the distribution DB, or a degree is matched with internal charge accounts in a tree structure, the profit distribution server charges the root charge account of each matched tree structure with the virtual currency.
