A method for the high-density fermentation of Clostridium bifermentans, a Clostridium bifermentans bacterial agent and a preparation method therefor, which relate to the technical field of microbial fermentation. The method comprises: a seed liquid of Clostridium bifermentans being inoculated to a fermentation culture medium for anaerobic fermentation; when anaerobic fermentation is carried out for 6-10 hours, starting to feed a carbon source into the fermentation liquid; when the pH of the fermentation liquid is stabilized at 4-4.5, stopping replenishing the carbon source while starting to feed a nitrogen source, wherein the total volume of the nitrogen source is 1%-5% of the volume of the fermentation liquid, and feeding time is 2 hours; after finishing feeding the nitrogen source, continuing anaerobic fermentation, the entire fermentation cycle lasting 24-36 h. According to the growth characteristics thereof, first supplemental feeding provides energy for the early propagation of Clostridium bifermentans, and the nitrogen source is then added to provide a raw material for the synthesis of Clostridium bifermentans enzymes; when energy is sufficient, the restrictions of protein shortage on growth are lifted, and the growth curve of Clostridium bifermentans is broken through, thereby increasing the fermentation density of Clostridium bifermentans.
