An Internet customized information publishing and search service system, comprising a plurality of registration and search service units (201, 303, 402, 701) as basic service units, and a plurality of integrated search service units (202, 702, 704) formed by a collection of the registration and search service units (201, 303, 402, 701), wherein the registration and search service units (201, 303, 402, 701) may further be combined with the integrated search service units (202, 702, 704) to form new integrated search service units (202, 702, 704), and further comprising a search service registration unit (203) for registration of all of the basic service units and integrated search service units (202, 702, 704). The establishment of an open search service structure enables any organization or individual to have its own registration and search service units (201, 303, 402, 701) or integrated search service units (202, 702, 704), and as an integrated part of the global search service, the open search service structure can provide more integrated and more secure search services.
