A dual-system air-cooled refrigerator having a deep-freezing function and a cooling control method therefor. The dual-system air-cooled refrigerator having a deep-freezing function comprises a refrigerator compartment, a freezer compartment and a deep freezer compartment, and further comprises a cooling system. The cooling system comprises a freezer evaporator (5) and a freezer capillary tube (4) that are serially connected to each other, the freezer capillary tube (4) has a refrigerator branch connected in parallel thereto at two ends thereof, and the refrigerator branch comprises a refrigerator capillary tube (6) and a refrigerator evaporator (7) that are serially connected to each other; a temperature sensor, for detecting the temperatures of the refrigerator compartment, the freezer compartment and the deep freezer compartment in real time; and a controller, capable of controlling a switch operation of a solenoid valve (3) according to the temperature values of the refrigerator compartment and the freezer compartment detected by the temperature sensor.
