Disclosed are a control method and device of an air-cooled refrigerator, and an air-cooled refrigerator. The air-cooled refrigerator comprises: a freezing chamber, a refrigerating chamber, an evaporator arranged in the freezing chamber, an air channel connecting the freezing chamber and the refrigerating chamber, and an air door arranged on the air channel. An air inlet of the air door is in communication with the freezing chamber, and an air outlet is in communication with the air channel. The method comprises: heating an evaporator so as to achieve defrosting; and opening an air door so that heat energy produced when the evaporator is heated flows into the refrigerating chamber through the air channel. The method solves the problems that in the process of defrosting an air-cooled refrigerator the temperature of the freezing chamber is raised by the heat energy produced when the evaporator is heated, whereby cooling the freezing chamber again takes a long time and consumes a great deal of energy.
