A device and method for detecting assembly quality of an air screen cleaning system on the basis of a streamline pattern, the device comprising a test bed body and a detection system, wherein the test bed body comprises a test bed rack (1) and a centrifugal cleaning fan (4); a cleaning space is formed inside the test bed rack (1); the detection system comprises a smoke generating conduction device (11), a two degrees of freedom smoke fixed-point release mechanism (12), a high-speed image acquisition system (13) and a control system (14); the fixed pedestal (1204) is mounted at the upper end of an outlet of the centrifugal cleaning fan (4), and a linear motion guide rail device (1202) is mounted on the fixed pedestal (1204); a moving sliding block (1205) is provided on the linear motion guide rail device (1202), and a rotating mechanism (1203) is mounted on the moving sliding block (1205); a smoke release catheter (1201) is mounted at the output end of the rotating mechanism (1203), and the smoke release catheter (1201) is connected to the smoke generating conduction device (11). The present device may utilize wind tunnel streamline pattern characteristics in combination with image processing and corresponding arithmetical operation to detect the manufacturing assembly quality of a combined harvester cleaning system.
