An assessment system for steam turbine blade cracks. A sensor is used for directly acquiring vibration data of steam turbine shroud-connected whole-circle blades, and by monitoring the vibration of the steam turbine blades online, the blade vibration data is acquired on the basis of a vibration signal; blade fatigue risk estimation, crack identification, and crack risk assessment are performed in real time to avoid the occurrence of blade fracture accidents. The problems of a current high steam turbine blade crack accident rate, a low blade vibration frequency, and low amplitude parameter monitoring accuracy, and being unable to accurately assess the blade crack risk are solved. Also provided is an early warning method for steam turbine blade cracks.
