The present application provides a network flow measurement method, a network measurement device and a control plane device. The method is applicable to a system comprising a network measurement device and a control plane device, and the method comprises: the network measurement device measuring first data, the first data including a first type of data structure, the first type of data structure including first measurement information of a flow, the first measurement information corresponding to bits of a keyword of the flow; the network measurement device sending the first data to the control plane device. On the basis of the technical solution above, the network measurement device is able to perform measurement on the basis of the bit level of the flow keyword and record measurement information, thereby implementing the versatility of network flow measurement.
