Disclosed are a system and a method for integrally managing a service related to charging and payment for an electric vehicle. An integrated management server can receive, from an entrance LPR, the license plate number of an entering vehicle by recognizing the license plate number of the vehicle entering the entrance of a parking lot having a charging zone for an electric vehicle, and check entering vehicle information corresponding to the license plate number of the entering vehicle. The integrated management server can determine, on the basis of the information about the entering vehicle, a charger that the entering vehicle can use, from among one or more chargers provided in the charging zone, when the entering vehicle is an electric vehicle. The integrated management server can generate information about an available charger when a charger usable by the entering vehicle exists. The integrated management server can generate, on the basis of the information about the available charger, charging guide information for guiding the entering vehicle to a charging parking area corresponding to the usable charger.
