The method comprises: inputting a group performance feature corresponding to a user to be recognized into a pre-set decision tree model for recognition so as to obtain information entropy of the user belonging to a specific leaf node (101); if the information entropy of the user belonging to the specific leaf node is greater than or equal to a pre-set threshold value, inputting the group performance feature corresponding to the user into a pre-set logistic regression model for computation so as to obtain a probability value of the user belonging to a target group performance grade (102); and determining a group performance grade of the user according to the probability value of the user belonging to the target group performance grade and a probability limit value of the specific leaf node (103).
