A quantitative transaction prediction method, device and equipment, the method comprising: obtaining current market indexes and current transaction indexes of a trading market at a current time (101); substituting the current market index and the current transaction index into a quantitative transaction prediction model, and updating corresponding parameters in the quantitative transaction prediction model, so as to ensure accurate quantitative prediction is carried out by the quantitative transaction prediction model (102); and obtaining transaction data to be predicted for transaction behavior to be predicted, inputting the transaction data to be predicted into the updated quantitative transaction prediction model for prediction, determining that the transaction data to be predicted pertains to the failure probability of failed transaction data (103), and determining whether the transaction behavior to be predicted pertains to failed transaction behavior according to the failure probability. With the described method, the speed of transaction behavior prediction and determination is effectively increased, and the quantitative transaction prediction model is capable of learning and training and may be updated promptly along with the changes in market transactions, thus effectively improving the accuracy of transaction behavior prediction.
