This angle detector is provided with an annular detector rotor and an annular detector stator disposed on the inside of the detector rotor. The detector stator has an annular stator core and a plurality of coils provided to the stator core. The stator core has an annular first stator core part to which the plurality of cores are provided, and an annular second stator core part disposed on the inside of the first stator core part. The outer circumferential part of the second stator core part is fitted on the inner circumferential part of the first stator core part. A stator elongated hole intersecting with the boundary of the inner circumferential part of the first stator core part and the outer circumferential part of the second stator core part is provided in the stator core.
