This sample liquid-feeding device comprises a drive mechanism, suction mechanism, and control unit. The drive mechanism supports a sample container having an accommodation part for accommodating a suspension including a sample and is capable of moving the sample container. The suction mechanism has a nozzle for being inserted into the accommodation part and sucks the suspension through the nozzle. The control unit is capable of controlling the drive mechanism such that the bottom of the accommodation part and the suction opening of the nozzle are separated by a prescribed distance.
