摘要

A graphene nano-container-based coating material and self-repairing coating layer, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The coating material comprises: a first component, which comprises 20-40 parts by weight of an epoxy resin; and a second component, which comprises 0.1-2 parts by weight of a graphene nano-container loaded with a corrosion inhibitor, 1 part by weight of a diluent, 30-60 parts by weight of an epoxy curing agent, 1 part by weight of an anti-foaming agent, and 1 part by weight of a leveling agent; the graphene nano-container loaded with a corrosion inhibitor comprises graphene that is grafted with cyclodextrin and a corrosion inhibitor that is reversibly combined with the cyclodextrin. A self-repairing coating layer formed thereby has excellent protection performance, has both good shielding performance (passive anti-corrosion) and good self-repairing performance (active anti-corrosion), and may be widely applied in metal anti-corrosive coating material fields such as marine facilities, ship equipment and nuclear power industry.
