An optical detection mechanism and a fully automatic biochemical analyzer. An electric light source (1) used for emitting a light beam required by detection is comprised; a first lens group (2) is provided behind the electric light source (1); the first lens group (2) is used for shaping the light beam; an optical filter (3) is provided behind the first lens group (2); the optical filter (3) is used for screening a single-wavelength light beam; an optical splitter (4) is provided behind the optical filter (3); the optical splitter (4) is used for converting one light beam input from the front into at least two light beams to be output backwards; a second lens group (5) is provided behind the optical splitter (4); the second lens group (5) is used for collimating the light beams; a detection station (6) used for bearing a sample to be detected is provided behind the second lens group (5); a photoelectric detector (7) used for receiving a signal is provided behind the detection station (6). The detection of a plurality of sample parameters can be simultaneously realized, and the detection efficiency of samples is improved.
