Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for evaluating planting precision of an implant. The method comprises: obtaining a second curved surface model of an oral cavity comprising a target implant; obtaining an actual position of the target implant in a first three-dimensional model on the basis of the second curved surface model, the first three-dimensional model, and a first curved surface model; and obtaining an evaluation result of the planting precision of the target implant on the basis of the actual position of the target implant in the first three-dimensional model and an expected position of the target implant in the first three-dimensional model. According to the method and the system provided in the embodiments of the present application, after the planting is completed, oral digital scanning equipment is used to obtain the second curved surface model of the oral cavity comprising the target implant so as to obtain the evaluation result of the planting precision of the target implant. Compared with a three-dimensional digital model obtained by CT equipment in the prior art, the obtained second curved surface model eliminates the influence of an artifact of a metal implant, so that the evaluation result of the planting precision of the implant is more accurate.
