HOMOGENEOUS CHEMILUMINESCENCE DETECTION KIT AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A homogeneous chemiluminescence detection kit and an application thereof. The kit comprises: a receptor reagent, comprising at least two kinds of receptor microspheres having different particle sizes, wherein the receptor microspheres may react with singlet oxygen reactive oxygen to generate a detectable chemiluminescence signal; a donor reagent, comprising donor microspheres, wherein the donor microspheres may, in an excited state, generate singlet oxygen reactive oxygen. The present kit has both ultra-high sensitivity and a very wide detection range. In addition, due to the fast reaction speed of luminescent microspheres that have small particle sizes, the detection time may also be shortened and the reaction speed may be improved when the present immunoassay method is used for detection.
