A homogeneous chemiluminescence detection kit, said kit comprising: an anti-interference agent, comprising a carrier and active molecules, the carrier being a porous medium, the active molecules being filled in the carrier and capable of specifically binding to biotin molecules; a receptor, capable of reacting with active oxygen to produce a detectable chemiluminescence signal. The kit comprises the anti-interference agent, so as to avoid false positive or false negative results caused by free biotin.
