The invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition with antineoplastic and antitumour action, and a method for obtaining same, wherein said composition comprises structured lipid nanoparticles that have a diameter of 0.1 nm to 100 nm, are spheroidal in shape and contain particles of one or more active ingredients for the treatment of diseases caused by trypanosomes and for the treatment of tumours of neural origin, and at least one coupling of two fatty acids formed by a saturated fatty acid or fat that is semi-solid at the temperature of 19ºC to 21ºC and an unsaturated fatty acid that is liquid at the temperature of 19ºC to 21ºC, and in turn the method for obtaining same finally contains the nanoparticles of one or more active ingredients for trypanosomiasis in colloidal suspension, the zeta potential ranges from -30 to +30, preferably +8, the particles measured by zetasizer and ultramicroscopy have a diameter of 0.1 nanometre to 100 nanometres, preferably 1 nanometre, and a spheroidal shape.
