A hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble irrigation system, comprising an electrolyzer (10), an ultra-micro bubble generation pump (20), a hydrogen oxygen bubble liquid tank (30), a pressure uniform mixing barrel (50), a cooling apparatus (60), a pressurizing pump (40), a nutrient liquid tank (70), and a liquid supply device (80) which are connected to each other. A hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid is generated by introducing hydrogen and oxygen generated by the electrolyzer and an untreated liquid in the hydrogen oxygen bubble liquid tank into the ultra-micro bubble generation pump, the liquid having hydrogen ultra-micro bubbles and oxygen ultra-micro bubbles. The hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid is introduced back to the hydrogen oxygen bubble liquid tank via the uniform mixing barrel, and the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid in the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid tank and a nutrient liquid in the nutrient liquid tank are together introduced into the liquid supply device by using the pressurizing pump, so as to perform irrigation by means of the liquid supply device by using the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid and the nutrient liquid. In addition, the cooling apparatus is used in an irrigation process to cool the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid in the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid tank. A hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble irrigation method comprises: burying a liquid injection pipe in soil, and irrigating the soil with the hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid and the nutrient liquid via the liquid injection pipe by using the pressurizing pump. The system and the method thereof can provide a plant root system with water as well as a hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubble liquid and a nutrient liquid at the same time, so as to provide a growth environment preferable to the growth of the plant root system, and also have the effects of saving water and effectively supplying hydrogen oxygen ultra-micro bubbles, water, and nutrients to plant roots.
