Provided is a clip-type beverage brewing structure that does not release toxic substances, the structure comprising: a filter paper cup body (10) and a clip hanger (20). The hanger is provided with a group of hanging members (210) respectively bonded at the outer side of the filter paper cup body (10) by means of an edible binding agent (221), a group of connecting members (220) respectively connected between two end portions of the group of hanging members (210), two groups of clipping members (230) respectively connected to two ends of each of the hanging members (210), and a group of clamping plates (240) respectively bonded at end portions of the group of clipping members (230). The filter paper cup body (10) and the clip hanger (20) can be folded into a flat plate.
