Embodiments of the present invention provide an embedded device startup method, an embedded device, and a computer storage medium. According to the embedded device startup method of the present invention, the embedded device comprises a CPU, an eMMC, a DMA module, and an RAM, and the method comprises: when the CPU receives a wake-up instruction, the CPU sends a control instruction to the DMA module, the control instruction comprising a source address and a destination address, the control instruction being used for instructing the DMA module to copy mirrored data from the eMMC according to the source address and the destination address, and transfer the mirrored data to the RAM; the CPU performs hardware initialization and software environment preparation, wherein the mirrored data transmission is executed in parallel with the hardware initialization and the software environment preparation. The embodiments of the present invention can improve the boot speed of an embedded device.
