METHOD FOR PREPARING JADE-LIKE POLISHED TILE HAVING TILE-PENETRATING PATTERN APPLIED BY INKJET PRINTING, AND TILE PREPARED THEREBY

Disclosed are a jade-like polished tile having a tile-penetrating pattern applied by inkjet printing and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: ball-milling a green body material in a suitable amount of water to obtain a slurry, spray drying the slurry to obtain a powder, subjecting the powder to hydraulic forming to obtain a semi-finished green body, and drying the semi-finished green body to obtain a finished green body; spraying a water mist on a surface of the finished green body, controlling a temperature of the surface of the finished green body to 40-50°C, then spraying an acidifying agent on the surface of the finished green body, the time of action of the agent being controlled to 10-30 minutes, and then rinsing the surface with a suitable amount of deionized water; spraying a penetration aid onto the rinsed surface of the finished green body, and after 5-10 minutes, applying a tile-penetrating pattern by means of inkjet printing, followed by firing at a temperature of up to 1250-1280°C to obtain a semi-finished product; and subjecting the semi-finished product to edging, polishing and waxing to obtain a finished product.
