Environmental control equipment for a sealed plant factory, according to the present invention, can save energy while maintaining an optimum environment for the production of plants for preparing medicines through the introduction of appropriate outdoor air and can provide a pleasant environment for workers, as well as plants, in a daytime mode. In addition, the introduction of outdoor air is controlled by considering CO₂ concentration during the daytime mode in which plants undergo photosynthesis, and since CO₂ effects do not exist during a nighttime mode in which the plants undergo only respiratory action, outdoor air is used to allow for cooling, and thus energy saving is possible. In addition, since the introduction of the outdoor air is controlled by the difference in enthalpy between indoor air and outdoor air when indoor CO₂ concentration is in a range between an upper limit and a lower limit, suitable outdoor air can be introduced, and energy can be saved through cooling using the outdoor air.
