The present invention relates to the technical field of computers. Disclosed are methods and apparatuses for deploying and invoking web services based on a multi-tenancy technology. The deployment method deploys not less than one service system to a web service platform in the form of tenants, and a specific implementation mode of said method comprises: obtaining a tenant registration request of the service system, the tenant registration request comprising a configuration file and an executable class file of the service system; parsing the configuration file and generating a permission verification rule for a private method therein, and loading the executable class file; assigning a port to the service system and publishing said system as a web service. The implementation mode can deploy multiple service systems on the same web service platform in the form of tenants to implement the isolation of services. In this way, cross-domain remote procedure call can be converted into local call, thereby reducing the overheads of network communication, interaction and the like, and improving the response efficiency.
