A data loading device (3) for loading data including a plurality of records into a database (4) comprises: an assignment unit (11) which assigns the plurality of records to a page of a shared memory (34) that can be simultaneously accessed by a plurality of processes; a writing unit (13) which, for each record of the plurality of records, writes, to the page, control information (LP) relating to a write region to which the record is to be written, wherein the writing unit (13) generates a plurality of write processes, each associated with a respective one of the plurality of records, and writes each record to the write region associated with the record using one of the generated plurality of write processes that is associated with the record; and a registration unit (14) which causes the database (4) to reflect the page to which the plurality of records have been written.
