A method for calculating rotor assembly axis eccentricity based on a radial run-out measurement, comprising the calculation of a matrix representation of data of each point and a relative run-out value, the establishment of an equivalent spring model, and, the calculation of a contact force of each point in ideal conditions, and of the direction and magnitude of eccentricity; the calculation of a relative run-out value of each point and a process in which an assembly interference of each point is calculated correspondingly on the basis of run-out data of two stop opening fitting surfaces; the establishment of the equivalent spring model is based on a flexible distension hypothesis, forces and displacement relations of each phase in a contact process are analyzed, and an uneven contact force of each point is produced with an uneven interference; and the determination of the magnitude of eccentricity is essentially, based on the equivalent spring model, a calculation on the basis of an equilibrium formula to ultimately determine the magnitude of eccentricity. The present method implements a prediction of axis eccentricity prior to assembly on the basis of measured run-out data in actual production, increases the concentricity of rotors when assembled, and carries important actual guiding significance for an axis prediction and assembly phase adjustment and optimization in an aviation engine rotor assembly process.
