According to the method, the increase and decrease management of the service node can be automatically and accurately performed on the basis of the relationship between the redundancy degree that reflects the access traffic currently provided by the service node and the preset threshold interval, so that the process of performing increase and decrease management by manual repeated operations can be avoided, the operation and maintenance costs can be reduced, and the high availability of each service node in a hybrid cloud architecture can be improved.
