An informatization management method and system for integrated circuit testing, and a storage medium. The method comprises: providing testing data generated by performing integrated circuit testing by an integrated circuit testing platform, the integrated circuit testing platform being one or more stages of integrated circuit testing platforms and each stage of integrated circuit testing platform comprising a plurality of testing devices (S101); providing resource data, other than the testing data, related to the integrated circuit testing (S102); and analyzing the integrated circuit testing according to the testing data and the resource data of the integrated circuit testing to obtain result data related to the integrated circuit testing (S103). By such a method, the present solution can provide a technical support for the value reflection of the testing data generated in the integrated circuit testing.
