CYANIDE-FREE SILVER PLATING METHOD HAVING SILVER GRAPHITE COMPOSITE MATERIAL SERVING AS MATRIX, SILVER GRAPHITE ELECTRICAL CONTACT, AND RELAY

Provided in the present invention are a cyanide-free silver plating method having a silver graphite composite material serving as a matrix, a silver graphite electrical contact, and a relay. The problem to be solved is: how to reduce silver plating costs of the silver graphite composite material and how to increase the quality of an electroplated product. The system has the advantages of: preparing an electroplating solution, dispensing three raw materials of the following proportions into per liter of distilled water, that is, 40-45 g of silver nitrate, 200-250 g of sodium thiosulfate, and 40-45 g of potassium metabisulfite, pouring into a beaker, and putting a magnetic stirrer into the beaker at the same time; placing the beaker into a water bath pot, heating tap water in the water bath pot to 25-35 °C; placing a cleaned silver graphite sample block and a silver plate into the beaker for electroplating and, at the same time, turning on the magnetic stirrer to stir a filtered solution, the stirring speed being 300-500 rpm, the area ratio of the silver plate to the silver graphite sample block being 1 : 1-1.5, the current density at a cathode being 0.8-1.0 A/dm2, until an electroplating layer reaches a required thickness.
