A method and system for building teams for projects

A computerised method of automatically building a plurality of teams from a plurality of possible team members wherein there is parallel processing of the multiple possible team members not specifically for a single project but a plurality of projects by assessing the possible team member remotely over communication means to automatically assessed required type of possible team member required due to the project and stage of project and fluidly matching and forming on or more teams.
