The present invention relates to an unlocking apparatus for use in a radiotherapy body support plate, and a body support plate having an unlocking function. The unlocking apparatus is used to spring free a bolt locked in a positioning hole of the body support plate upon triggering by a patient, thus enabling the unlocking function. The unlocking apparatus and the body support plate provided in the present invention feature a compact structure, convenient usage, the unlocking function and an automatic resetting function, and allow a patient fixed to the body support plate to unlock themselves in an emergency, thus effectively addressing flaws in the prior art.
