Methods for performing acid recovery, concentration, and resource recycling of a waste acid liquid, comprising performing a diffusion dialysis treatment on a waste acid liquid, wherein two sides of a diffusion dialysis membrane are a recovered acid side and a waste acid side respectively. A multi-stage countercurrent diffusion dialysis combined treatment is used to recover and concentrate acid in a pickling waste acid, and perform resource utilization for iron in the waste acid. The recovered acid is directly returned to an acid tank for reuse; and waste acid residue is recovered to make poly-iron and derived flocculant. According to the difference in acid and salt concentrations, an efficient and economical multi-stage countercurrent enhanced diffusion dialysis system is formed to achieve acid recovery and concentration and iron salt resource utilization.
