The present invention relates to a system (1) for tracking a health-related behaviour, comprising a support (2) and an electronic surveillance device (3) having a casing (4), from which a first wall extends, a first portion (5) of said wall extending from the casing (4) in a plane that intersects the casing (4) and being connected to the casing (4), and a second portion (6) of said wall extending in a plane parallel to the casing (4), being connected by an end linked to the first portion (5) and being provided with a second free end, wherein the first (5) and second (6) portions together form a slide (7) arranged to cooperate with a wall of the support (2).
