The present invention is a high-molecular-weight polymerization initiator that is represented by formula (I). The present invention thereby provides: a high-molecular-weight polymerization initiator that is for obtaining a (meth)acrylic graft silicone by group transfer polymerization; and a production method for said high-molecular-weight polymerization initiator.
