Disclosed by the present invention are an isolated binding protein containing a cardiac troponin I (cTnI) antigen binding domain, a preparation therefor, an application thereof and the like. The antigen binding domain comprises at least one complementary determining region selected from an amino acid sequence defined in the present invention or has at least 80% sequence identity with the complementary determining region of the amino acid sequence and has an affinity for cTnI of K_D≤9.96×10^-8mol/L. The present binding protein may be used in the field of cTnI protein detection.
