According to the embodiments of the present application, a dynamic special effect program file executable by a rendering engine may be generated without needing to manually write a program file; the operation thereof is simple, and the required time is short, thus improving the overall efficiency of achieving special effects and effectively guarantee the accuracy of dynamic special effects.
